Fishing for Steelhead requires a fine since of feel, and placement of your bait or lure, to entice the Steelies to bite. Often maneuvering the boat close to trees and logs, means anything can happen suddenly. Casting, anticipating, working in unison with the others on the boat makes the day enjoyable, and time passes quickly. Light line, tackle, and just the right rod creates, the Sportsmen's Paradise. Oh the satisfaction!

Steelhead is some of the best eating fish. Whether barbequed, baked, poached, or Smoked, It is a fine fish!
